At Emerge we depend on an engaged team of professionals committed to assisting individuals with a range of disabilities to live full and independent lives. Our team works with customers to equip them for living as responsible adults, to hold down paying jobs or at least to carry out regular duties that call for care and responsibility. A number of the 450 customers we serve have been turned down or released as too “difficult” by other service agencies.
This is never the case in our Emerge family. We never reject an individual if we have the staff and other resources to provide quality services. We admit a new customer on the assumption that he or she will be part of the Emerge Family for life.
