Spring

We grow many beautiful plants and Spring is no exception. Although Spring is the most beautiful part of the year, it is also our busiest and most demanding. We grow over 100,000 spring annuals and hundreds of perennials, vegetables and herbs each year.

About 80 percent of our annuals are sold to nurseries and the remaining are sold to directly to landscapers, church and school fundraisers and at farmers markets. We have a wide variety of plants ranging from geraniums and petunias to fuchsia and lobelia. With over 30 types of annuals everyone is bound to find something they enjoy. The busiest weekend is most certainly Mother’s Day when husbands and children search for great gifts to shower their wives and moms. Our annual production begins in January and last until the beginning of June but we also grow vegetables and herbs during that time.

Our vegetable and herb collections help novice gardeners and the health conscience to enjoy freshly picked and naturally ripened tomatoes and peppers and add flavor to their favorite dishes with basil and cilantro. We even make the process simple by creating our own salsa planters that all the purchaser must do is keep watered.
