Health, Dental & Vision Benefits
We provide attractive health insurance options with Kaiser Permanente. Medical insurance plans start as low as $45 every two weeks for full time individuals and $92 for full time families. Benefits for newly hired employees begin on the 91st day of employment. Eligible dependents for the family plan include spouses, domestic partners and children under the age of 25.

Additional Benefits
- Basic Life Insurance – $10, 000 company paid benefit
- Short Term Disability – Up to $1, 000 per week for a duration of 11 weeks beginning the 15th day of illness or accident
- Supplemental Life Insurance – Up to $300, 000 for individual and $150, 000 for spouse
- Flexible Spending Accounts – You can elect to set aside up to $2, 500 (individual) or $5, 000 (dependents) on a pre-tax basis for approved health care expenses not covered by Medical/Rx, Dental or Vision Insurance

Tuition Reimbursement
Emerge will pay for classes at accredited institutions that relate directly or indirectly to your position. Participants in this program can receive up to 50% reimbursement or even 100% when they receive excellent grades.

Free Paid Training
We provide one of the most comprehensive training programs in the country. With 120 hours of classroom training before placement, our employees are the best in the state. Topics covered in class range from Behavioral Principles & Strategies to the implementation of Individual and Behavior Plans. After the classroom time has been completed, new employees shadow experienced employees for 1 week before working independently.
