Description: Weekend Counselors (WEC) are responsible for the delivery of supports and services to persons with disabilities. WECs must promote a safe and healthy environment in the home and community. A WEC is responsible for caring for 1-3 adults in a house and supporting them in all aspects of their life. WECs assist customers on regularly planned social and recreational activities including providing transportation. They must help create an environment similar to a typical leisure weekend of social activities and recreation. WECs cook meals according to planned menus.
Essential Job Duties:
- Preventing and reporting all incidences and allegations of abuse
- Implementing Individual Plans (IP) to care for customers
- Keep living areas neat and clean with a high expectation of attractiveness
- Record keeping (fire drills, menus, activity logs, etc.)
- Grocery shopping
- Ensure customers are engaged in social and recreational activities
- All other duties as assigned
Required Education: High School Diploma
Required Experience: None
Other Requirements:
- Driver’s license and mode of transportation for up to 3 passengers
- Be able to obtain and maintain a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) license
- Possess basic computer skills for checking email and completing digital timesheets
Salary: $10.00 – $13.00 per hour
Shifts: Friday 3pm through Sunday 8pm, including overnight (WECs sleep at the house)

RCs must promote a safe and healthy environment in the home and community. A RC will be responsible for caring for 1-3 adults in a house and supporting them in all aspects of their life. Attending medical appointments is very important so RCs are responsible for transporting customers to and from their appointments. RCs assist customers on regularly planned social and recreational activities including providing transportation. They must create weekly menus catered to each individual’s dietary needs and then prepare meals accordingly.

Shifts: Sunday night to Friday morning but are off the clock between 9am-3pm. RCs sleep overnight in the house.
Description: House Managers are responsible for the health and safety of customers and supervising staff directly providing care. Managers must promote a safe and healthy environment in the home and community. House Managers are responsible for 1 or more locations and ensuring all services are provided and of the highest quality. Managers work with our nurses to ensure customers are given all necessary and beneficial medical care. Managers are vital in identifying, communicating and preventing potential crises. This means House Managers are key in writing and developing Individual Plans, Behavior Plans, Monitoring Reviews and providing other pertinent documentation necessary for providing services and keeping individuals safe and healthy. They must create weekly menus catered to each individual’s dietary needs and then prepare meals accordingly.
Essential Job Duties:
- Preventing and reporting all incidences and allegations of abuse
- Writing, implementing and monitoring Individual Plans (IP)
- Assist psychologists in development of Behavior Modification Plans (BMP)
- Ensure staff are properly trained and using that training
- Review staff record keeping (fire drills, menus, activity logs, etc.)
- Ensure staff are providing quality care and supports
- Being on call as needed
- Ensure customers are engaged in social and recreational activities
- All other duties as assigned
Required Education: High School Diploma; Some college is a plus
Required Experience: 3+ years working with people with disabilities and/or 3+ years in a management position

- Driver’s license and mode of transportation for up to 3 passengers
- Be able to obtain and maintain a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) license
- Possess basic computer skills for checking email, completing digital timesheets and other forms
Salary: Starting at $30,000-$35,000 and more depending on experience
Shifts: Monday – Friday 3pm-11pm. However, the schedule is very flexible
