About Emerge

Emerge is a Maryland nonprofit agency, 501(c)(3), headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, that serves individuals with disabilities. Founded in 1976, the agency is multi-service and is dedicated to improving the quality of life of Marylanders with disabilities. Emerge is unique among Maryland agencies because of its no-discharge commitment to individuals served and its demonstrated track record with people with multiple and complex challenges.
