Nurse Case Management services are available to individuals who need/desire these services in our living program.  Services include health assessments on a regular basis, development and implementation of care plans which include health, wellness, and therapy programs, oversight of delegated health care services, coordination of therapy services such as PT, OT, etc., and coordination, review,  and advocacy with community physicians.

Psychology and Counseling Services are available in a wide array of practices and procedures.  Emerge serves many individuals with co-occurring mental health issues, and services include behavior plans, individual counseling, group counseling, self-improvement contracts, and other therapeutic procedures as indicated.  Some of the most complex individuals in the country receive services from Emerge, and have been successful using restraint-free, positive only therapies.  Individuals supported by Emerge are proof that positive self-esteem, choice, and self-direction will succeed in changing people's lives for the better where punishment and restraints have failed.
